Lavender Bath Soak with Dead Sea Salt
 
What a great way to pamper yourself after a long day’s work with this all-natural lavender foot scrub!  This sugar scrub invokes such a calming and cooling effect that it relaxes not only your feet but also your senses!   Dead sea salt is renowned for its ability to renew the skin and increase blood circulation.  Not only will it exfoliate the skin but will also soothe achy joints and muscles.  The unrefined coconut oil and almond oil is an added pleasure that will leave your body and feet feeling silky smooth and soft.

Directions: Clean and soak your feet in lukewarm water. Apply lavender foot scrub to feet in a circular motion. Rinse with water and dry with a towel.  Can also be used as a foot soak, simply by adding a tablespoon of foot scrub into a foot bath. Soak your feet for approximately 10 minutes. Apply an additional amount directly on feet and rub in a circular motion. Better results if used before bed. Slip on your favorite comfy socks for a more relaxing experience.
 
Recommended use:  For the feet, 2 times per week.  Can also be used on the body.
 
Ingredients: granulated sugar, dead sea salt, oat flour, unrefined organic coconut oil, sweet almond oil, dried lavender flower buds, mica powder, and lavender, tea tree, peppermint, roman chamomile, vanilla oleoresin essential oils.
