All orders are shipped with USPS with tracking information available upon shipment. Please make sure your shipping address is correct so your package gets to you!  During summer months (June – September), we only ship orders Monday – Wednesday to minimize the possibility of your order sitting in a hot warehouse.

Once an order is shipped, it is beyond our control.  Due to the pandemic, there may be delays in shipping.

Due to the nature of our handmade body products and risk of contamination, we cannot accept returns and/or exchanges. However, if you should have problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied and will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied.

If there is damage or spillage upon delivery of your order, you must send detailed photos of the damaged item AND the packaging within 24 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of photos and damage determined, a refund or replacement will be mailed out. Refunds or replacements will NOT be issued, if detailed photos are not submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
